Then she practiced mirroring the behaviour of prospective clients to make them feel comfortable in her presence. Finally she learned the simple way to communicate with prospects using language that reflected back to them their thinking patterns.
She was amazed how giving more attention to her prospect and less attention to her own feelings helped her to relax. Just moving her focus of attention took the pressure off her. She was more surprised by her successes in winning new clients when she adopted their thinking patterns to influence them.
