Business Striking Is Never Good

Striking within the business is not good at all and this includes the strikers. Recently British Airlines staff has been striking again but with more and more strikes happening a year could it actually put the company out of business altogether? Is there anything you can do if your staff are all on the verge of striking?

Talk

Getting into talks with staff is one of the most important things here, do this yourself. The boss is going to get people talking so make sure that it is the boss that sits down to talk to them. Making sure that you are listening to the people who are giving the demands is key, you may even find that a compromise can be made. I cannot think of many companies that have such poor relationships with their staff as BA so the chances are you will not have many strikes at all.

Legal Action

Although this option can be done it is not something that I would always recommend doing because it is a lengthy one. You can really only do this if the union has made a mistake about starting the strike in the way that they do things.

Giving In

The employees are actually sometimes in the right and if they are then you really need to think about giving in, it just is not worth it sometimes. The problem comes when you give in once because they will just strike every single time they want something that you cannot give them.

This is not likely to happen in the average serviced offices London city or serviced offices Soho it is still possible so make sure the next time you are in that serviced offices Victoria you realise this.

In the end the decision is up to the boss on what actually happens when it comes to something like this, you have been warned.
